“You Need to Drink More Water” – Frugal WAHMS Talk Radio

header_bg-2.jpghint-bottles.jpg

Check out this great plug from “Frugal WAHMS Talk Radio”, which gives a cool plug for the HINT Blog. The staff there have kind words for HINT, which is always welcome, and these broadcasters have a ton of excellent content about health and nutrition. Check them out! Cheers!

HINT is a premium essence water with a hint of flavor. Their motto at HINT is simple, “Drink Water, Not Sugar” and to help you do that, HINT provides naturally flavored water with no calories, sweeteners or preservatives making this a great alternative to juices and soda.

You may have also seen it on some of your favorite television shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, Boston Legal, CSI, The Early Show and more. It was also selected as the “Best Flavored Water” in 2007 by Health Magazine.

Available in 13 different flavors:
Hibiscus Vanilla, Watermelon, Honeydew Hibiscus, Blackberry, Mango-Grapefruit, Pomegranate-Tangerine, Lime, Raspberry-Lime, Peppermint, Pear, Tropical Punch, Cucumber and Strawberry Kiwi.

While I was reading the HINT Blog, I noticed that they will offer an easy grab-and-go drink pack for kids. HINT’s grab-and-go packs will be available in three of HINT’s delicious signature flavors; strawberry-kiwi, tropical and watermelon.

A Salute to ‘Joy The Baker’ and the Winter Fancy Food Show

hintwater-425Ă—283.jpg3215977964-e02c481a05-425Ă—283.jpg

I love highlighting blogs that combine excellent design and noteworthy content, a winning combination for people who want to learn more about specific issues. Take, for instance, “Joy The Baker”: a site dedicated to good food, superb ingredients, personal stories and travels within the food industry. In fact, Joy The Baker even aid a visit to the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco (see below) where she said hello to the HINT team and wrote with her customary insight about all manner of things relating to the convention. In a word, her site . . . rocks! Cheers!

The Fancy Food Show is layers and layers of people. Here you’ll see Hint Water. It’s water flavored with the essence of various fruits and vegetables. The trick with Hint is that they don’t use any sweeteners. Just water and essence. If you’re tired of the taste of water… maybe cucumber water will float your boat.

“HINT KIDS” RELAUNCHES WITH FLUORIDE AT 2009 FANCY FOOD SHOW

20091151045430tetra_mockups_trio_kids.jpg

Big news! HINT Kids will offer HINT’s younger fans an easy grab – and – go drink pack, available in
three of HINT’s delicious signature flavors; strawberry-kiwi, tropical and watermelon. This new kid-friendly packaged drink is the only responsible flavored beverage containing fluoride, unlike other compromised beverages on the market with hidden
calories, sugar or sweeteners.

“We are thrilled to re-launch HINT Kids with fluoride to give younger consumers a healthy beverage that tastes great without sugar, sweeteners or calories.” says founder and CEO of HINT Inc. Kara Goldin. “After seeing countless products focusing on healthy perception instead of healthy reality, we felt obligated to deliver a no-compromises product that addresses the needs of children and their parents. The acceptance of Hint by kids, demonstrates that great taste does not have to go hand in hand with sweetness.”

‘MomToBeDepot’ – Creativity and Intelligent Recommendations

hinth20.jpgmomtobedepot-logonew.jpg

Take a moment to visit the ‘MomToBeDepot’ Blog, an off-beat resource for before, during and after pregnancy. The site’s recommendations, including a great plug for HINT (see below), are always worthy of your attention. Check them out! Cheers!

We don’t love HINT just because it gives you a little zip of taste. We love it because it doesn’t have any sugar and it’s all natural – like water is supposed to be. Oh – and of course there’s no calories. Even better.

It was selected as “best flavored water” by Health magazine so you should give it a try. They have nine other flavors including Mango-Grapefruit, Pomegranate-Tangerine (can’t wait to try that!), Lime, Raspberry-Lime, Peppermint, Pear, Tropical Punch, Cucumber (really?) and Strawberry Kiwi.

FRANGRY Says It Best

hintwater4.jpgfrangry420_black.gif

A very fun post from Frangry, a site that celebrates HINT and other great stuff.

“Drink water, not sugar” is the mantra of Hint Inc., a conscious beverage company whose goal is simple: to make a simple drink that tastes good. It’s a fresh break from all of the “functional waters” on the line that promise all but the meaning of life.

Although my go-to flavor has been Cucumber–it’s crisp, refreshing, and just plain delicious–I am excited to try the recently-announced four new flavors: Hibiscus Vanilla, Watermelon, Blackberry, and Watermelon.

Kudos to Josh Spear for these delicious comments (see below).

Hint Water in honeydew-hibiscus is by far the most refreshing thing I’ve had this summer. The flavored water has debuted a new bottle design, as well as four new tastes: honeydew-hibiscus, blackberry, hibiscus-vanilla, and watermelon.

Peppermint – Delicious!!!!

santa.jpgMay I make a shameless plug? Here goes: HINT’s decorative bottle of Peppermint water is . . . awesome! The image of Tim Allen from the latest version of “The Santa Clause,” which graces the bottle, is the perfect holiday treat. Go see this movie, and bring some Peppermint HINT. It’s my newest favorite flavor.

Pomegranate-Tangerine: Four Stars!!!!

pomm.jpgYes, four stars for Pomegranate-Tangerine. The folks at www.BevNet.com love HINT. Here’s a quick excerpt from their glowing review: “This is easily our favorite Hint flavor, as the great smell and essence of pomegranate is infused so as to impart just the barest taste of the fruit’s sweetness to the water.”

Tropical Punch — Dee-licious!

trop.jpgIt’s here! Tropical Punch, the latest flavor from HINT, is now available. I had a craving for this drink all day, since it’s been unusually hot (I’m in Los Angeles) these last few days. A tall glass of Tropical Punch and some cool air conditioning: Paradise!
