This post from the Well Woman Blog is, in a word, a great! A toast to good health and fun. Cheers!
Lots of women choose to stick with water while pregnant, and although it’s great, sometimes it gets a bit bland. For the women that are ready to step it up a bit, there is another option – HINT Water – The all natural, pure essence water has zero calories, zero sugar, zero fake stuff. Just water and a hint of natural flavor. A great alternative to juice, soda and water.

Here’s a great article referencing Hint from TheStreet.com. The piece also addresses New York’s Returnable Container Act of 1982, which was recently expanded to require a five-cent deposit on bottled water, in addition to the carbonated soft drinks already included in the bill. The expansion, which went into effect at the end of October, also includes a measure allowing the state to keep 80% of unclaimed deposits.
Check out the article! Cheers!

Major praise forCountry Girl, City Life, a wonderful blog devoted to health, family and cool new products. HINT is pleased to sponsor an August 21st Bake Sale on behalf of Country Girl, City Life, which will raise awareness for PMMP (see below). Let’s win the fight against PMP!
What is PMP?
PMP is a “syndrome” known as Pseudomyxoma Peritonei. Literally, this means false (pseudo) benign tumor with mucinous features (myxoma) of the abdomen (peritonei). PMP is sometimes known as “jelly belly”. It is very rare and often misdiagnosed and poorly treated.
There are few experienced oncologists that treat PMP, and patients often undergo a variety of “exploratory” procedures.

This clip from the Roanoke Times is simply great. Encouraging people to drink more water is an important public health issue. Put that glass of soda (or alcohol) down. Take the hint — and drink more HINT! Cheers!
I wondered why someone couldn’t take real fruit juice and infuse it into water to make a refreshing beverage that tasted just a little more exciting than ordinary water, but not so sweet that it’s reminiscent of Kool-Aid, which is sort of what Sobe Life Water tastes like to me.
HINT has accomplished this. HINT achieves a most important goal — to encourage more people who do not particularly like the taste of water to drink more water. Whether you do it by drinking Hint or adding a little fresh lime, lemon, cucumber and what have you, you’ll be doing your body a big favor.

Expo West, the biggest show of its kind in the natural foods world, is truly an event to behold: companies, both large and small, avail themselves of this opportunity to introduce new products, educate retailers about specific merchandise and speak with members of the media who actively cover this industry. The show, which is held annually at the Anaheim Convention Center (within walking distance of Disneyland and other notable attractions), is a real delight for attendees. If you happen to have a pass to the show, please visit HINT at Booth 4255 — and enjoy some excellent drinks! Expo West runs from March 13-16, and is a tribute to the ongoing growth, by businesses and consumers alike, for healthy living and sound nutrition. Cheers!

Summer in Southern California can be particularly rough. Yes, the area’s beautiful, but the heat – along with the fires – can be highly dangerous. Bottom line: if you’re having fun in the outdoors, stay hydrated and be careful!

Since it’s summer, here’s a healthy reminder about staying hydrated . . . with HINT. The best thing you can do in these high temperatures – particularly if you plan to go outdoors – is to drink a lot of water. Put aside all those sodas and caffeinated beverages — and enjoy the delicious taste of HINT. The Tropical Punch flavor is my favorite after a long bike ride. Cheers!

In the last month I’ve met three diehard runners, each of whom has their own philosophy about this undertaking. Some veer toward the spiritual, that running is a transcendental experience, while others simply believe that it’s a perfect form of exercise. And yet, all of these people were, until recently, drinking sugary beverages that negated the very calories they had burned on the treadmill or outdoor track. Upon my gentle recommendation, these individuals tried HINT – I’m awaiting word about their favorite flavors – and the response was superb: they love this stuff. If only I had their cardio strength!
