What is Hint Water?
Glad you asked. Hint Water is water you'll actually want to drink. No calories, sugar or sweeteners—just crisp, refreshing water and craveable flavors from tasty essences and natural flavors. Turns out this magical combo makes drinking water something you actually want to do...which means somebody is about to hit those hydration goals in a big way.
Why did you create Hint?
Because we want you to drink more water! But, plain water is well...kind of boring. So we infused our water with fruit essences and plant-derived natural flavors that make it so tasty, so chuggable, so think-about-it-even-when-you're-not-thirsty that you can't help but stay hydrated.
Hint is completely guilt-free with zero sugar, zero calories, and zero sweeteners—three zeros that add up to zero obstacles standing between you and being completely soaked inside.
Why did Hint decide to do a brand refresh?
We knew it was time for a glow-up! A fresh look that makes it clear we’re clean, hydrating, and totally delicious—so choosing the right hydration feels easy.
INGREDIENTS
Are the product's attributes (ex: gluten-free, kosher) still the same?
Nothing's changed, it's the same Hint you know and love! Hint is still kosher, vegan, and free of sugar, sweeteners, MSG, nuts, soy, and gluten.
Is the formula the same, or were there any ingredient changes?
When it comes to your favorite Hint flavors, they're exactly the same on the inside. Only the packaging got a refresh!
Is Hint Water sugarfree?
Hint has no sugar at all (for real) and zero calories (for really real). Kind of bananas considering how good it tastes, right?
What are natural flavors?
Natural flavors come from, well, nature! Specifically, edible sources like fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, roots and more. At Hint, our natural flavors come from essential oils and essences from real fruits and plants.
Why use them? Natural flavors help keep Hint flavors vibrant and delicious. The flavor of fresh fruit fades quickly. Since natural flavors capture the "essence" of the fruit, they stay bright and tasty in your water. They also allow us to create uniquely tasty flavor blends. Say we want to make our pineapple flavor taste even juicier. We can add a hint of a citrus extract to kick things up a notch.
And finally, if you’ve ever bought a strawberry in January, you know they don’t taste the same as the strawberries you buy in June. Natural flavors help us to keep our tasty flavors consistent ensuring every Hint tastes the same every time, regardless of the season.
How do you flavor your water?
Individual essences and extracts are obtained from fruit, vegetables, and other vegetarian sources using a variety of techniques to separate the flavors we want from the sugar, color, pulp, and other unwanted components. Techniques involve various combinations of pressing, heating, cooling, filtering, and dissolving.
The essences and extracts are combined according to our unique recipes. The mixture of flavors is blended with pure water at local bottlers around the United States. The resulting water is then pasteurized or infused with CO2 for Hint Sparkling.
Does Hint Sparkling include any sweeteners?
No way! Hint Sparkling keeps it clean with zero erythritol, sucralose, stevia, aspartame, or any other diet sweeteners—just water, bubbles, electrolytes, and natural flavors.

What is in Hint Sparkling?
Hint Sparkling is water with refreshing fizz, crisp electrolytes, and tasty natural flavors. No sweeteners, gluten, or other weird additives. We keep it simple. Hint Sparkling is great to sip on its own or to add to a cocktail or mocktail. Ready to liven things up and keep you hydrated can after can.
Does the new Hint Sparkling have a lot of electrolytes?

What is your shipping policy?
We don’t do returns, exchanges, or refunds (food safety stuff). But if something’s off with your order, give our customer service team a shout. They’ve got your back.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, things move fast so you can get your Hint ASAP. There’s only a tiny window to cancel before it ships and only our customer support team can cancel it. After it hits our fulfillment center, it’s out of our hands.

Subscriptions are great for anyone who wants to keep Hint on hand! No commitments, no worries. Just tons of tasty Hint delivered right to your door.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel:

2. Select My Subscriptions.
3. Select Edit Subscriptions.
4. Select Cancel.
5. Choose a reason for canceling.
6. Select Cancel Subscription.
